A world-class engineering contractor, renowned for delivering some of Europe’s most complex hyperscale data centres, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take a key leadership role on major mission-critical projects from their Dublin operations base.

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the full electrical scope on a major hyperscale project, ensuring world-class delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full electrical package on a major hyperscale data centre
• Oversee installation quality, programme, safety, and commercial compliance
• Drive progress, sequencing, and delivery across all phases
• Manage stakeholder interfaces: client, design teams, commercial teams, subcontractors
• Lead technical reviews, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure design clarity
• Provide detailed reporting to senior project and operations leadership
• Support commissioning readiness and final handover

About You

• 5–10+ years managing electrical packages on data centre or mission-critical projects
• Track record with top-tier contractors (e.g., complex MEP/data centre delivery)
• Deep understanding of HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, containment, distribution
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Based in Dublin with the ability to travel periodically to European sites when needed
• Full right to work in the EU
